李.方.方,现任国外正规买球app研究员,硕士生/博士生导师。2018年入选国外正规买球app‘青年英才计划引进工程’;2019年入选‘国家海外高层次引进人才’;2020年入选“中国农业科学院巾帼建功标兵”;2021年入选农业农村部“农业科研杰出人才”培养计划,兼任Frontiers in Microbiology期刊的Associate Editor、Frontiers in Plant Science等期刊的Review Editor等职务。
2009年获南京农业大学植物保护专业学士学位,2014年获浙江大学植物病理学专业博士学位。2014-2015年在浙江大学从事博士后研究,2015-2018年在加拿大农业与农业食品部先后从事博士后、助理研究员工作。2018年引进至国外正规买球app植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室植物与病毒互作组工作。
主要从事植物与病毒的互作研究,通过解析植物病毒致病与寄主抗病的机理,研发植物病毒病害的绿色防控技术。先后主持国家重点研发项目、国家高层次人才项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等项目8项,参与国家科技部973计划课题、国家自然科学基金重大/重点项目、加拿大农业部与加拿大自然科学与工程研究委员会资助的多项课题。
实验室以烟草、拟南芥、番茄和油菜为实验材料,以世界上:ψ钗现、种类最多的两类植物病毒:双生病毒科病毒和马铃薯Y科病毒为研究对象,开展寄主植物与病毒的互作方面的工作。涉及的寄主途径包含DNA修饰、RNA修饰与降解、蛋白质翻译后修饰与降解等。发表论文/著作40余篇,以通讯作者/第一作者身份在Nature Communications (2篇)、Trends in Microbiology(2篇)、Molecular Plant(1篇)、PLoS Pathogens(4篇)、New Phytologist(4篇)、Plant Physiology(1篇)、The Plant Journal(1篇)等刊物发表高水平论文29篇(其中9篇影响因子大于10);以参与作者身份在Trends in Plant Science、The Plant Cell等专业杂志上发表SCI收录论文12篇;研究成果获‘中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖’1项(第一完成人)、‘国外正规买球app2021年重大科技成果奖’1项(第二完成人)、获国家发明专利授权7项(第一完成人)。
